A MESSAGE FROM IAN COFFEY

April 25th, 2018 by Bill Duffy

As we prepare for and look forward to our 2018 Conference in May at Newton Mearns, we asked Ian & Ruth Coffey to record a brief message for us as they prayerfully prepare for the day and look forward to coming.

Take please just a few minutes of your time to view the clip (in which Ian shares and introduces and unpacks a little of the theme for the day) which can be accessed by clicking on the following link – you’ll then need to download – after which it should start automatically:

We’ve already got 45 members registered for the Conference and that’s great – thank you to those of you who’ve confirmed to me you’ll be coming.

To those of you who’re coming, I’d like to invite you to actively do something – to either bring someone else from your church who is perhaps involved in preaching – or to seek out and invite a younger person (given a key tenant of our 2020 Vision is to invest in the next generation of lay preachers) from your church to come with you. We’ve got plenty of room so let’s fill the seats!

So long as you let me know who you’ll be bringing (for the purposes of badges, catering and our planning of the day), that would be appreciated.

Finally, and actually most importantly, can we invite you to be in prayer, if you will, for our day together that as Ian & Ruth share with us, there would be an anointing of the Holy Spirit on their ministry and the freedom of the Holy Spirit among us.

Your servant,

Glen
